Unable to share voice memos to any app

I'm unable to share my voice memos. When I click the share button and then the app I wanna share it to, the screen just darkens and does nothing. My Voice Memos app freezes, and I have to remove it from the background and reopen it for it to work again. This has been going on for days. I turned off my phone and restarted it too but it still doesn't work.
