Files/finder app bugs in iOS 26.

Downloads from Safari in iPad OS 26 no longer can save to any download folders on the iPad or to the cloud. It works with Chrome oddly enough but not Safari. You also cannot access any of your files to work on them via any Adobe apps on the iPad. When you go to import the files from the Files/Finder app, you see the files but they are grayed out and you cannot do anything with them even though they are there and you can access via desktop. Finder/Files is so buggy across iPad OS26. It’s completely killed my productivity on the iPad. I’ve tried quitting apps, deleting apps and reloading. Restarting the iPad. I’m running the latest OS on an M1 iPadPro. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem?
