Safari pop-up warning about being hacked on iPhone

I was browsing safari when I got a message saying iv been hacked and that I need to put my details in etc I came off it thinking its a scam then when I re opened safari I got another pop up saying

“your apple iPhone has been hacked

your data has appeared leaked “

followed by more

but on the page it shows Apple care plus and says email password payment subscriptions etc then under that says repair now is this a scam or have I been hacked
