Apple Music playback reset issue with CarPlay after iOS 26.0.1 update on iPhone

Since updating to IOS 26.0.1 on my IPhone Pro when I use car play to play music when I turn off the car and then get back in it forgets what I was listening to and if I select that album it starts from the beginning again. It used to remember what I was playing and would start where I left off in the album.
