Strange glitch where I lost move streak

Even though I paused my rings on 10/19, Apple Watch still shows that my Move streak ended on 10/18. Then, it also shows that just 2 days after my current streak is 31 days? I tried restarting, but I don’t know what is happening.

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.


After that your Fitness data should be synced again.

If it doesn't, contact the official Apple Support and ask them to look into your personal data from their side:
