Unable to download apps due to unpaid debt after canceling a free trial

I did an free trial and didint like th features of the trial so I cancles it but now they are trying to charge me luckily I keep my card locked but I dint have the money to pay this dept and it will not let me download apps I am very upset because I don’t even have the app anymore! I don’t know why or how this happened but I need to fix it

- You may be billed immediately for a free trial if you or a Family Sharing member has already once had a free trial for that item. In that case you will see immediate subscription commencement information on the authorization page.

- You need to cancel free trials at least 24 hours before they end or else they may turn into a full subscription.

If you owe money you will have to pay it before Apple will let you do any more updates or new downloads. If you think this is an unfair bill you can then request a refund but those are not guaranteed.


Confirm you have canceled any subscription automatic renewal (if you simply delete an app this does not cancel subscriptions):

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• An existing subscription will normally continue until the end of its term and may then renew automatically. Stopping automatic renewal is effectively canceling it. "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then.
