Paprika does provide instructions here if you are using a version other than their latest Paprika 3 app that is currently available in the App Store and additional information about the previous versions.

• Now that Paprika 3 has been released, Paprika 2 is no longer listed in the App Store. However, you can still reinstall Paprika 2 using the instructions above. Please note that Paprika 2 is no longer supported and not compatible with the latest version iOS, so we highly recommend upgrading to Paprika 3 going forward.
