Safari occasionally changes the "viewing area" reported to Streaming and other services.

I often get this message from YouTurbe when trying to access TV using Safari on my Mac Mini "We're unable to verify your current area using your browser location." I am then lead through a lengthy process that ends on a screen that doesn't appy. Safari says I currently live in Milwaukee and not the Green Bay Area where I've lived 88 of my 90 years. What can I do to correct the viewing area in Safari or wherever Safari gets that information?
