I have added funds to my Apple ID about 3 times in the past 30
days. However on two occasions, the funds are debited from my account but are not reflecting in my balance. I need help how to address this

If your Apple Account balance in the AppStore/Account does not match, see if it updates after going to Settings/You Name/Apple Account/Payments & Shipping.
And, not all purchases can be payed by using the Apple Account Balance, they might be debited to your other payment methods like Credit Card, for example.
