Charged after canceling Subscription - Refund Request for Unfair Billing
Hello, I would like to request a refund for an unauthorized subscription purchase on the App Store. I had already canceled all my subscriptions in advance to prevent any unwanted charges. However, between September 27 and 29, a subscription that I had previously canceled still charged my ShopeePayLater credit until it was fully depleted. When I tried to request a refund, it was denied without any clear or reasonable explanation. What makes this situation even more unreasonable is that the unauthorized subscription was also revoked, leaving me with no active service and no way to recover my money. I am kindly asking for this case to be reviewed and for my payment to be refunded, as I did not authorize or receive any service related to this charge.
