App store account disabled without reason?

Hello Community, my App store account is disabled without clear reason and gives me this message "Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled."

When i tried to contact support more than one time each one told me a different reason and activity,


As you can see in screenshots one of these, Is that Apple policy to work with there customers?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 26.0
