refund for switching to yearly subscription to monthly subscription

Hello,

I accidentally bought a yearly subscription to an app when I just wanted a monthly one, I switched to monthly and i got a pop up that said it would refund me the rest of the money of the yearly subscription. When I logged into reportaproblem.apple.com and when I looked to request a refund for the yearly subscription, it wasn’t there. Does that mean I’m getting my refund for that? I’ve been charged both for the monthly and the yearly, and it says the subscription stops in a month from now, not a year.

Was this a subscription through Apple, or was it made directly with the vendor? Depending upon how you made it , you need to contact their support staff.

Select your country (if you do not see your country, also look for "other" in regions; e.g., "Other Africa"), then "Choose a product". Click the "show" item under each category for more selections. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
