Safari tab icons not showing in color

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that the website symbols in my Safari tabs are not showing up in color, they appear as plain outlines instead. You can see what I mean in the screenshot below (the issue is shown above the red line).

I’ve already tried restarting Safari and my Mac, but the icons are still missing their color. Does anyone know why this might be happening or how to fix it?
