Hi, I'm from Russia. I topped up my App Store balance; it's my only payment method. I have sufficient funds. But every time I try to pay for a purchase in Gardenscapes, I get a notification that says, "Your purchase could not be completed. Please contact iTunes Support for assistance." The problem is that support isn't available in Russia, so I don't know where to turn. But the payment isn't going through. What should I do?
