Can’t report a scam app

The app was free to download. However, it required a subscription once inside to continue.

When I tried to cancel the subscription I noticed it was not in my subscription management portal on my iPhone. They were extremely problematic in user their support to cancel and the cancelation workflow was busted in the app.

When I went to report that they are not using the subscription management, as they should be required because I downloaded them on the AppStore, there is not a report option.

I went to Apple’s separate report a scam option, and because it says they were free it won’t let me report it!

There is also not a report option on the Apps page in the AppStore. How do I report them?
