I got an invitation to PocketGeek after Xfinity Mobile said they couldnt find my account can someone tell me what that is?

It says I am using a third party software. After having this iPhone for a year Xfinity Mobile said they couldn’t find my account and sent me an invitation to PocketGeek. My email address is being used in school or business but I’m not associated with either. I believe my phone is managed but I don’t know how or who would be managing it ? Can someone help?

iPhone 13, iOS 18

Someone obviously has had access to your Apple Account by knowing the Password and/or physical access to the device along with the Passcode. Anyone can change information, forward calls, and install software with those credentials.

Create a brand new Apple Account with a new email address and Factory reset the phone to use this Apple Account. This will wipe all data from your phone, but will give you a fresh start. Apple can assist with that by scheduling an appointment at the Apple Store, or you can do it yourself.

Pocket Geek is affiliated with Xfinity Mobile support. You can see that here in their Privacy Notice:

  • You may report any problems or security concerns with the Mobile App by sending an email to support@pocketgeek.com.

  • What do you mean that your email address is being used in school or business and how did you determine that?
  • If your phone is being managed you will see the MDM software listed at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management. The option to sign in with a work or school account is on everyone's device and does not mean it is being managed. Attempting to sign in with your personal account will fail and the exact error message you see will vary.

I have had the same issue since 2019. It started with an LG STYLO5 someone got into that phone. It showed in settings that another device had more access to my account than I did, my phone was used one in awhile. Important contacts were blocked. Then I had an iPhone stolen from me by the same person, the next day my calls were forwarded to his phone. The next phone was an iPhone 11 was a new phone not set up from an other iCloud account. It had a software license on it an irrevocable non exclusive, royalty free , worldwide perpetual etc. it had numerous open source software licenses on it. You could merge modify and publish as is. So many problem with that. This phone I had to take to Apple Store where they said it was tampered with. Manufactured set taken back to Xfinity to be set back up , all the information taken off by Apple was put back on. I knew it was the same as my other phones. I signed into it just to check and it said it was already being used and couldn’t be used a second time. There is a Mac Pro Computer that has been synched to mine and must be the same person who hacked into my first phone and I believe may have removed the hardcopy of my Mac notebook computer and all the other phones I got thinking I could get this person out. EVERYTIME I called or chatted with Apple support I came up as a Mac Pro Computer under BUSINESS . So I believe again it has to be the same person that has been messing everything in my life up
