I can't load my MacBook Pro 2017 with macOS 14 Sonoma.
I belevie it may be because of compatibilit. Is there something I can upgrade or do?

Apple released three MacBook Pro models in 2017 – two 13" ones, and a 15" one.
You can upgrade all three to macOS 13.* (Ventura), but that is as far as they can go.
