airpod pros 3 ocean/static noise and sharp echo

I have bought the pro 3s about a month ago, and they are the best for fit and noise. But after 2 weeks into my pro 3s, my left buds started squealing and feeling like I was under water when NC was on. The earpieces are all clean, so are my ears, and I have tried all sizes. They stay in fine and the seal test says it’s a good fit but this feedback squeal keeps happening. I can recreate this effect with my fingers while it isn’t in my ear. I had went into an apple store to get new airpods but still the pinging and feeling like there's a bubble of air within my left earbud keeps on persisting. Is there a possible software update or is this just a bug that the engineers ignored?
