Disabling automatic password filler in non-Safari browsers and apps on iPhone

Automatic password filler pops up everywhere.

I do not use Safari for browsing, and it still pops up even in other browsers, even in other apps. It is irritating.

I disabled everything I could in Settings. Any more ideas?
