Favorite albums keep getting unfavorited, regardless of platform

Ever since I switched to an Iphone 17 from my android phone, I've had issues with certain albums unfavoriting themselves, yet they remain in my library.

My library tab is a bit of a mess so I prefer to filter my albums page to favorites only, yet I keep finding that certain albums (usually the same 1-4 albums) unfavorite themselves after I add a song to a playlist, add a song/album to my library, etc. I would guess these are "cloud sync update" items.

I use apple music on ios, mac and windows and I've tried to get a friend to replicate the issue but he could not manage to.

Looking up this issue, it seems to be a long-time one, at least 2-3 years old now and it is such a shame because the audio quality on the platform is phenomenal but this is driving me crazy.
