Scammed by Grok imitation app on App Store

I was trying to look Grok app on Apple Store, and stumble upon an app that use Grok logo with a name title as Grok ai assistant. I was misled to believed that this an app from Grok. After purchasing and paid, then only after opening the app, I found out it is not an app from Grok. Then immediately after 2 minutes of purchased and paid, I cancel the subscription and request Apply for refund. However apple came back with an invalid refund request. Have any here been had similar scammed? can't believe Apple would allowed imitation app in Apple Store.
