Apple Music application position on Tahoe ("move & resize")

In Ventura, my itunes/Apple Music app had always stayed where I put it, to the left of my screen.

I now have Tahoe, unintentionally, after restoring Time Machine after a MacbookAir repair.

When music re-opens (after startup,) it is in the centre of the page.

I found the window menu item for moving to the left side, i.e. not just me dragging it where I want it, but even doing it that way through Apple commands, the app won't stay put. That doesn't help it staying as wide as I want, but surely using the Apple menu it should at least stay left??🤷

Also, it opens with a big blank space "loading." It stays blank, I have to click "songs" to see all my music.🤷‍♂️

Does anyone have any ideas please?
