Health App does not record steps, walking or any data after 18.6.2 update

I walk a lot and do a lot of steps, I was always able to look to see my progress for the day week year etc. If I go into the Health app settings I see recorded data from two phones back, 12 and 14 . I also see my new phone which is 15 pro and I look into steps, walking etc and I see the info but it is broken up see SCREENSHOT.I

it seems to have happened after one of the updates. This is pretty critical for me to have this info can someone let me know if it is a setting or something to fix this?
