Apple subscription refund not received

Hello! I requested a refund from Apple for a subscription to apps I don't use. The return was approved, but I haven't received a refund. How do I get a refund?

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
