Ipad A16 caps FPS to 30FPS in PUBGM even at lowest setting after IPadOS 26

before IpadOS26: played smoothly at 60fps at standard setting

after IpadOS26: the device allows you to play at 60 fps for like 30 second before capping fps at 30s

This has been happening forever since the update. I can't help but thinking Apple nerfed this model.
