Time Limit up without using up all the time given

My iPhone 11 is running iOS 26 and is under parent monitoring. For some reason, when I go on several apps, it'll say my time limit is up for all my apps, even when I know for a fact it's not. I'll wake up in the morning, go on safari or a game, and say my time limit is up. I'll just shut it down and turn it back on, and it goes back to normal. Is anyone else having this issue? How do you fix this, or is it a bug?
