Mysterious moving Dahlia emoji on my iPhone

About a month ago, this new emoji appeared. I thought it looked like a sea urchin or spiked fish, but when I looked it up, it said it was Dahlia. In any case it moves. it bounces back-and-forth and up and down in its space.

I tried to find what it is and everything just says "emojis don't move". But this is definitely not just a "blurred image" or other suggestions. And when I look at emojis it doesn't appear. Only when I google lens this image it recognizes it and tells me it's a Dahlia. do you have any suggestions? Why did it suddenly appear and bounce all over even when I use it anywhere?
