Dual SIM - Need 2 different My Cards

As a small business owner, I use my iPhone for personal & business with dual SIMs from 2 different phone companies. Why can't I create 2 different "My Card"s with different posters & contact photos and then choose which contacts (or, better yet, contact lists) see which info?

My first work around was keep contact poster and photo sharing disabled for all contacts. Sad.

My second work around was to create a business contact of myself to share via Messages, but I just discovered that the business-specific poster and photo are not shared. Sad sad.

I could do what others do -- use Blinq, Dotcard, etc to share my contact -- but those have built-in advertising unless you pay a premium and are a pain to use for the person I'm trying to share with.

Any ideas for an actual work around to my dilemma using either iPhone or MacBook?

BTW: why isn't this a prioritized feature? It's 2025.
