Canva Pro subscription not active after successful alternative payment on Mac

For the the subscription of canva pro application my payment of 4000 INR is successful , but it was from an alternative payment mode to apple media services. its been more than 2 weeks and the subscription is not active yet. how can I resolve this.

Original Title: my canva pro app in my macbook was expired and the auto subscription failed. i manually paid with a different payement mode and it was sucessful. but still my subsceiption is not active since
