iPhone 17 Music App Menu Bar Question

Is there a way to keep the “Home/New/Radio/Library” Bar open at the bottom?

I can’t stand that getting to my library is two steps now. Click Home, bar opens then can go to Library. It used to be right there at all times. Navigating through the new version of the app is like pulling teeth now, when it used to be so convenient for years.
