Apple Music not opening on iPhone for weeks

from more then weeks my Apple Music is not opening and I’m losing my subscription with this bugs I paid for it right, I did feedback in music app and on App Store too but I didn’t get any response from Apple customer support, so my humble request is that I need free 2 months subscription because it’s not my fault here and I request Apple support services to resolve my problem and thank you
