How to enable trackpad highlighting on Mac by disabling Force Click and enabling Tap to click
I've seen a lot of people asking why they can't highlight with the trackpad, but I don't see a lot of answers on how to fix it. So here it is: Force Click has to to be turned off and Tap to click has to be turned on
