Music begins playing after using Siri

I am wearing Bose Bluetooth Headphones that are connected to both my IPhone 17 Pro and IPad Pro… I am not using the iPad. When I asked Siri to do something she cannot do (search my messages for reference to Amazon password), music immediately begins playing from my iPad through the headphones. This is odd… so I decided to close the music app on the iPad and try again on my phone to have Siri do something. However it just starts playing music again - through the iPad, not my phone… I have not interacted with the iPad at all, but somehow my asking Siri to perform a task on my iPhone causes music to begin playing on the iPad. It’s really bizarre behavior.
