App Store stuck on 'window' and won't quit on iPhone

When I go to tap on the App Store it shows up a small bar that just says window. When I try to “quit” the AppStore it will not quit and continues to not let me use it. I can’t even go through safari to the App Store, it will not let me click on anything in the AppStore.
