Solution for PDF Markup Glitches on iPad (Works Reliably!)

When I was working on pdfs on iPad I faced several issues like the loosing the changes, quitting the files application. So I tried loading it to a note in notes app and I worked over those pdfs ,this resolved the issue.I hope this helps
