How to put Contact custom labels in order
How to edit custom labels so labels are in alphabetical order in Contacts using iOS 13 pro max. Waste of time having to scroll through a long list of previously saved labels.

You don't. You can send a feature request to Apple here, and if others have a need for such a feature to alphabetize custom labels, then you may see it in a future release.
