Subscription to app cheaper but doesn’t work now

re: ReelShort app- been paying $24.99/wk but this week Apple offered me a week for $19.99, but now I don’t have access to all content, it’s as if I did t subscribe at all. But yet I have a receipt and it shows that my subscription is good for the week. Why did it offer me the cheaper price when now it does t give me content “movies” to watch. Episodes are all locked still
