Apple TV app on windows has an error while launching

Everytime I try to launch the app it opens with this error code and forces me to close the app. I can't access anything on the app at any point the error code is up. The error pops up right away so I can't do anything about it.

I've tried reinstalling the app, resetting, repairing... Nothing seems to work, it keeps launching with the same error code.

I used to be able to launch the app without issues and sign in. (Now I'm always signed in and can't sign out because of the error code) My original issue was video not playing and simply getting black screens. Now I straight up can't get into the app.

It opens like this every time and I can only interact with the quit button on the pop up.

Please let me know if there's a fix.
