Charged by Apple Media Services via UPI Mandate though the subscription was already cancelled earlier.

Subscription for LinkedIn Premium was already cancelled by self however Apple Media Services deducted the amount anyhow on earlier scheduled date and now I cannot contact them for refund in India. I tried out support, but the transaction is not showing hence cannot claim the refund. Tried using online support number provided for India and it is not working. Does anyone with previous similar experience tell me the way forward in this case.
