I want to cancel WalkFit and it doesn't show up in my subscriptions

I called the number and it isn't valid and it doesn't show in my subscriptions under Settings>MY Name yet they take money out every month

How was the subscription started?

How does it appear on your payment method's statement?


Unless it appears as "apple.com/bill" on your statement it was not started through Apple and thus would no appear on your Apple account.


If it was started on another Apple Account, you would need to look for the subscription not that account.


If it appears as coming directly from WalkFit then it has nothing to do with Apple and such would;d not appear only our Apple Account. In this case, would need to go directly to the provider's website Walkfit, and cancel it there.
