Apple TV/Peacock bundle through Apple

I’ve signed up for the Apple TV/Peacock bundle through Apple. When attempting to activate Peacock through the confirmation email via “set up your new bundle service” Peacock will not activate and I get the message that I’ve attached below. Resetting my peacock password did not work, and I am prompted to set up another bundle through Peacock. Activating through my Amazon Fire tv did not work. I have attempted to reach out to Peacock support but it is next to useless.
