How do I turn off SAP?

Spectrum provides my internet connection. One of the streaming services I use is Hulu. I've been watching it for some time and yesterday, when I started watching a new (to me) show, it was accompanied by the SAP soundtrack. I don't know how or why it happened and I don't know how to stop it. Can you help?
