I am not allowed to turn on tracking

I am trying to use and App DynamicDrive and it requires to always know my location. Even though My location Services are on, my Sphone is not displaying the DynamicDrive App in the list of available apps. If I go to tracking to allow apps to ask permission to be tracked the Sphone says that I cannot change the setting of denying permission to ask because my Apple Account is missing my age. I checked the personal information and Birthday is correct and I am much older than 25. How to fix this? I log out from Apple and login but it does not work
