ESPN app crashes while streaming video on iPad Pro
The ESPN app crashes every time I try to stream video on iPad Pro after a few seconds. There are hundreds of complaints about this exact issue not only on this forum but all over the internet. Yet neither Apple nor the developer seems to care. Apple reps here provide the boilerplate solutions, which do not work. Developers do not respond. Why so much contempt for the users? Why doesn’t Apple force the developer to fix this issue after years of ongoing complaints? It’s unfair that we pay a lot money for subscription, yet cannot use the app for more than a few seconds. May I suggest that Apple demand that the developer fix this issue for thousands of users or threaten to remove the app from the store? PLEASE do something. This is beyond the pale.
