The orange square top right hand corner on iPad Pro OS26.1

After updating to OS26.1 the 🟧 (indicating the microphone is being used) has appeared in the right hand corner of my iPad Pro.

I have done everything to find out which app is using the microphone to turn it off, nothing is working can anyone help please?
