App resets progress and changes question order

I’m using questions App on iOS, and I’ve noticed that every time I leave the app for a short while, it restarts and my progress in the test or study session is lost.

In addition, when I reopen the app, the questions appear in a different order, so I can’t continue from where I left off.

i couldn’t find the App in the background app refresh,

I tried to put the phone in battery safe mode , it keeps giving me the same problems .

I wish some one can help me solving this problem.
