My TalkTalk email account has stopped working on my iPhone6S (iOS 15.8.5). Has there been an update to Safari in the last 2 or 3 weeks (Oct/Nov 2025) which could have caused this?

Have you reported the issue to TalkTalk support?

And what phone do you have? Your tag says iphone 6S ios 15 is that correct.
If their support is stating that your phone is too old then upgrade it so you can access their account.

Yes, iPhone 6S, iOS 15.8.5, which is the most up to date version my phone will accept. Sorry, but I don't want to spend money just so I can access my mail on my phone. Old it might be, but it does everything I need (well, nearly anyway!). I guess I'm just curious as to what has changed to give rise to this issue. TalkTalk's suggestions have made no difference which, I guess, is why they're pointing the finger at Apple. Something has changed somewhere and I'd be interested to know what, even if it's insoluble.
