How to factory reset iPad without Screen Time passcode or Apple ID?

My parents forgot screen time passcode and their apple id and has no way to retrieve it, disiabled forgot pascode letting me not being able to change it. Im currently trying to factory reset but without code it wont work and since im part of the family as a kid still i cant sign out or anything.
