AirTag limitations for large-scale factory inventory

We are looking for way to track our inventory of moving and stationary components within our factory. First idea was the Air Tags, but we are finding out limitations. Looking for assistance.

Ideally would like to use air tags on 300 plus devices within a 1/2 radius at our facility and view their location via a map on a computer.

From what I am learning, to use Find My, we must have an APPLY ID (I don't want to use my personal one) and we are limited to only 36 devices per account.
