iPhone 17 Pro Max speakers making buzzing

Hi Everyone,

I bought iPhone 17 Pro Max about 1.5 months ago. The top speaker makes a noticeable crackling/buzzing noise at maximum volume. Also, when the phone is charging, the bottom speaker produces a buzzing sound as well. Should I apply for a device replacement through the service?

Is this something that can be fixed with a software update, or is it likely a hardware issue? Has anyone experienced the same problem and gone to the service for it? I would appreciate any information.

Expressing or conveying auditory experiences effectively through these forums may be challenging. The underlying sound issue on your iPhone cannot be accurately diagnosed from a YouTube link. Factors such as your iPhone's specific sound settings, visual defects, and potential hardware problems cannot be assessed through this method. For more personalized and in-depth assistance, I recommend securing a Genius Bar Reservation and exploring the various support options provided by Apple.
